Le Master of Science and Engineering in Innovation and Management in the Food Industry de JUNIA ISA est un programme accrédité à l’international, conçu pour préparer les étudiants aux carrières du secteur agroalimentaire. Proposé en anglais ou en français, il offre des spécialisations en Sustainable Management of Food Production et en Quality Management Systems in the Agrofood Industry. Le cursus associe connaissances théoriques et compétences pratiques et couvre des thèmes tels que le management de la qualité, la biochimie, la microbiologie, la gestion de production et l’évaluation sensorielle. Les étudiants participent à des apprentissages par projet, des travaux de groupe, des études de cas et des projets industriels en collaboration avec des entreprises partenaires. Les diplômés sont préparés à des fonctions en production, supply chain, R&D, vente et marketing, management, qualité et sécurité, ainsi qu’en développement de produits.
JUNIA ISA is a French graduate school of science and engineering with recognized expertise in life sciences.
